Mazel Tov I found some serious cash this week!

I'm pretty giddy about this, thought I'd share my story...

I had guesstimated and budgeted for minor road repair and the final finish course of asphalt for ~4000ft of road in my subdivision three years ago. Stashed the cash in a bank account and it's been sitting there untouched, just collecting interest. It is the developer's obligation to apply the final course of asphalt prior to submitting private subdivision roads to the town before town acceptance to turn the private road into a town maintained public road.

I budgeted $125K, but the quotes I've received this week for the repairs and paving are around $82K!

It's like I've discovered $43K in after tax cash that I didn't know I had in the pocket of an old pair of jeans. Sweet!

The new windows, siding, roofing, etc planned for my old family homestead is going to cost me $43K less next year, a big chunk of the overall anticipated cost. There is always a good place for extra cash...

Yeah, it was my own damned fault for over budgeting in the first place but it all works out in the end. I'm in a much better situation than if I had under budgeted!

Says who? I've said we do need migrant farm workers because those jobs are dead end, low IQ, laborious, seasonal and will not provide a path to the American Dream for Whites. Big farms have used migrant workers for decades, they aren't replacing any White workers. You want to trade your comfy cubicle position for low paying back breaking physical work in the hot sun and humidity, be my guest! I'm not at all trying to dissuade you or anyone else claiming they want those jobs. They aren't my cup of tea and will not help the White race to climb the ladder of prosperity. Whites are given an excellent brain, the work they do should utilize it.

It's all White professionals up here in Maine, and construction shit gets done right. Yes, I have seen fly by nighters around the area employing Hatians and Hispanics but they haven't set foot on my projects, I won't hire them and the White professionals I contract don't either.

I did once see a nigger building stone front steps to one of the homes about 10 years ago, he really didn't look like he knew what the fuck he was doing in my opinion ... but the homeowner hired him so it was none of my business. That's the only non-White I've ever seen around my projects to date.

Big farms

This needs to end.

We do not need anywhere in the White world a single person to be in our land other than as some temporary diplomatic or business related roles.

Framing has become heavily modernized and can be fully automated, from planting to picking to maintenance. Other than that, there is no need for corporations to feed the nation. It is better to divide these jobs to a lot of smaller farmers, how it always used to be and functioned immaculately. Other than that, people should also be turned towards and educated in becoming self sufficient, grow your own food, buy directly from farmer, form community gardens in cities...

The worst thing someone can do is to give private companies the control of our primary needs.

All these 'big farms' are using the same employment model like gig economy companies like DoorDash and similar. Do you need 1000 of jeets buzzing around on scooters delivering your food? Does it has to be a legitimate job? Can't you get off your lazy ass and drive to the drive through and get your own food, or do you need a diseased sub-animal rapist to bring you that food to your door?

They are totally self reliant, and like the farmers of yesteryear, they have ALOT of kids to provide free labor. In addition they work together to help each other. A very productive, tight knit White community.

I'd be all in for totally mechanized farming with well paid White technicians maintaining and remotely operating the equipment. We aren't quite there yet so food must be raised and harvested with the assistance of migrant farm workers at the moment.

I grew up with my Dad being an organic farmer in the 1970s. I worked the garden ... I was "free labor". There is still a mound of rock beside the old garden location with all of the rocks I picked as a kid. Most of the families nearby had their own gardens, some even had the kids selling fresh produce from their garden in rustic roadside stands. I don't see that around nearly as much 50 years later.

Agree on goyslop delivery. I think it's ridiculous. However, as long as debt slaves will pay for it, it will exist. If the younger generations had been educated in personal finance in High School, few would participate in any of that nonsense. They would stay at home to prepare their own healthy meals and save money.

Nah, in my post calling you out you totally said you would be fine with non-Whites being imported and taking jobs that young Whites could have as entry level careers because "Muh economy" so quit lying.

You also cheer when Trump and RFK jr. start implementing punishments for "antisemitism" across the US by saying "Colleges and universities that allow Antisemitism - something that is allowed by the 1st amendment of the Constitution you claim to love - will be punished" leading to a academic crack down on ANYTHING that might be classified as "Antisemitic."

There's absolutely truth to his claims and you're a slimy weasel who refuses to acknowledge any chastisement or understand your own wrongdoings.
