Depends on the org and the requirements (I can only speak to federal reqs), but the kool-aid I was referring to - I had to take screenshots and send them to my wife. My reaction was at first 'oh fuck, I made a huge mistake accepting the offer' and my secondary reaction was 10-days later when I sent in my resignation.

It was chalk-full-o: dei shit, trans rights, pronouns, and hr actionable complaints. Fuck a bunch of that noise
