Over the years I have seen far more poors conducting themselves shamefully in public (fights, dressing embarrassingly, being rude, etc. - you name it) than rich. Something of truth when they call parts of societies "your betters".

You're not entirely wrong. I was commenting to my wife just the other day... while picking up furniture from fb marketplace... I noted there weren't shirtless men wandering the nice parts of town... then we passed a shirtless nigger at a bus stop patting his dick. Not masturbating I don't think but perhaps.
