I was just coming back from the store, getting out of my truck, bag in one hand, gallon of milk in the other. I no sooner got both feet on the ground and whoosh I was flat on my back in my paved driveway ... in the dark. I hit hard but relatively flat and kept my head up.

I don't think I even got a bruise. The milk jug didn't burst. No damage. Very lucky. I could have been laying out there all night!

That is what I am chuckling to myself about. I took that fall like someone half my age, possibly better. I drink a lot of milk, I think it keeps my bones strong. I'm 6'1" and 210lbs, it was quite an impact. I don't intend to make a habit of it. Lol!
