COD was still a thing back in Croatia in about 2015 and main mode of operation for delivery. I'm not sure if it still is since over last two years we got pajeet bombed.
I've never paid for food or item delivery in advance before I moved to the West Europe. It's just foolish to pay for something before getting it in hand.
The way it should be.
Back in Croatia, if package looked crushed or damaged, postman would tell you to open and check for damage to make sure it's all right before he would take the money.
Also the way it should be. The changes have all been to the benefit of the seller and the detriment of the buyer. That's the opposite of how it should be and definitely not compatible with a high trust society. Sad that Croatia got the jew affliction too.
And not only that, you basically had two different postmen coming to your door. You got used to them and would meet them in the shop off duty and say hi. I'm talking about living in a city, not some small town.
Getting pajeeted was not such a horrible thing. It woke people up. I talked to some guys over there, already a solid Nationalist organization emerged. Not some skinheads - smart, calculated people with good optics, lots of them ex-military.
