I am a senior project manager with a ton of experience in commercial (building schools, colleges, churches, airports, assisted living facilities) and water/wastewater projects. I’ve got over $500m worth of completed projects. I had some recruiter reach out to me multiple times to see if I would be interested in taking a position as a project coordinator. For shits and giggles, I said absolutely, if you can match my current pay and bonuses. They asked what I made and I never heard back. What a bitch.
