A New Englander's version of pulled pork I guess ... and I'm no gourmet chef but this is cheap and easy to make.
Slow simmering in a can of Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup, Worstershire Sauce, garlic, Liquid Hickory Smoke, brown sugar, diced onion, spices, Apple Butter ... and the carmelized drippings from pan searing the roast before slow simmering for ~4 hours in sauce.
Did I leave out anything? Suggestions?
