TLDR: even a modest percentage of your calories from linoleic acid (aka omega 6 fatty acid aka processed seed oils) is fucking lethal and gives you cancer. Cut that shit out of your and everyone you care about's diet if you want to be healthy. NO processed goyslop. Cook with grass fed tallow, ghee (clarified butter), regular butter, duck fat, or coconut oil.
