Great, stay off the carbs, sugar, and booze. Also, do NOT eat seed oils high in linoleic acid. Those would be corn, soybean, canola/rapeseed, flaxseed, and other processed vegetable oils. The rise of cancer is directly tied to the rise in linoleic acid in our diets. The shit isn't stable, gets incorporated directly into your cells causing whole body inflammation, and causes cancer to get much worse in the lab vs. other fats.
This means no processed food, because all of it is made with cheap seed oils. Cook with clarified butter/ghee, butter, tallow, or coconut oil. All of those have very low linoleic acid makeups and are more similar to the fats we evolved to eat.
