Also grill that meat afterwards, got a 7 pound pork loin marinating since yesterday and three racks of ribs, we rebuilt a fire pit with extra grills and a 6 chicken length spit.

FUCK YEAH AMERICA DAY!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, also got some Yukon gold potatoes marinating in olive oil / butter / garlic / salt & pepper / truffle oil. SOOOOOOO good when slow roasted. Truffles make everything dandy however.
