Cash buyer, no financing, quick close.

Many memories at the old home. Sad to see it go, especially my "Garage Mahal". The house is just a split foyer, but the garage is HUGE like barn. Gonna miss that garage!

Nope, I wouldn't sell to jews no matter how desperate I was to get rid of it. The buyer is a friend of my neighbor, he wants to fix it up for his 20-something daughter to rent to own. Really nice guy. Good family. The right kind of people.

Good for you! The guy I bought my house from turned down an equal cash offer (investor) to sell to my wife and I instead because we were prime to start a family. We were very fortunate.

Older folks that have sentimental value for a home they have lived many years often have that mindset. If I ever sell the old homestead that I grew up in (where I am now, not the other house that I am selling), I'd love to have a young family buy and make their great famiily memories there.
