Many memories at the old home. Sad to see it go, especially my "Garage Mahal". The house is just a split foyer, but the garage is HUGE like barn. Gonna miss that garage!

Congrats! I've had my place on the market 14 days now and no hits yet. I don't know if it is too soon to be discouraged or not!!

Thanks! I didn't get around to list this - a neighbor inquired about buying it for his son to live in about a year ago, but decided it was more work than they wanted. They had a close friend that they later told about it and they were very interested to buy it for their 20:something daughter to rent. They loved the idea of getting a house for their daughter to "rent to buy" nearly across the street from their close friends. It needs a good bit of work after a rental disaster but still has great bones for a full remodel and priced fairly - lots left on the bone, at this point in my life I'm just not interested in spending my time going through that remodel just for the $$$. I'm happy to be rid of it, they are thrilled to get it.

Good luck on your sale! Hope you get one faster than I did, lol!
