Cash buyer, no financing, quick close.

Many memories at the old home. Sad to see it go, especially my "Garage Mahal". The house is just a split foyer, but the garage is HUGE like barn. Gonna miss that garage!

I moved into the modest family homestead (small cape cod) about 12 years ago afer my mom passed away. My old house has been empty except for a brief period that I rented it, and that turned into a disaster. I saved a beautiful lot in my subdivision that I may someday build upon, it overlooks all of Maine's 2nd largest lake, the Western Mountains of Maine, big sky sunsets, Mt. Washington to the west, views all the way to the Atlantic Ocean to the east. I'd love to live up there but the old family homestead (Dad built it himself at 29) has so many memories of my family (all passed on now) and all of my old pets are buried around the yard. Debating whether to put on an addition and updates to stay ... or eventually sell and build on the hill. No rush. I'm too damned sentimental I guess.
