I was once at a backyard barbecue at a friend's house. One of their neighbors was opining about some leftist talking point and looked at me when she finished with a "gotcha" smirk on her face. I smiled, and very condescendingly said, "that's adorable!"

It went over exactly as you'd imagine. I use that line whenever I can.
