So I was scrolling through X and watched a clip about how the government used UCLA studies on electric diodes being used to control Rhesus monkeys after removing the top of their skull. The CIA came in and said essentially "hey that's neat, let's do it wirelessly" and created the electronic control mechanism via wireless. This morphed into the understanding of light frequencies activating or deactivating neural networks to control many tings, including mood and mental acuity.

So... What if weather mod isn't to actually modify the weather, but to alter the frequency of light through the atmosphere from the sun, like a giant ant-blue screen filter, but that would be essentially tuned to the same mind-altering frequencies of light already known and used in electronic devices?

Perhaps they spray over particular areas: heavily populated, political movements they don't want, etc.. in order to "control" the movement of said people...

Um, do you even know what a 'diode' is? If you did, the whole notion would sound retarded to you.

There's branch of physics called metrology. It is literally the science of measurement. Electronic metrology is at a significantly high state of capability. We can measure electric signals with incredible precision and accuracy. We would be able to detect and measure anything being done with electric signals with even a lot of commercial off-the-shelf equipment. No one is seeing anything that backs up this "wireless" control mechanism or electric weather modification. There are lots of people who are constantly watching the airwaves and find many crazy things but never anything like this.

Diode may have been the wrong term - they were basically inserting wires.

But I had not thought about possibly having the technology to detect such things, though if we did, I would imagine it would be labeled quackery.
