I let myself slip, and I don't expect most of you, outside of alcoholics, to understand.

The sincere hatred of my own mind, and all of it's thoughts took me over.

Sometimes you just look at yourself, and see nothing but the vile creature you are, the shit you have become.

It doesn't make any sense, and I apologize for retreating into my mind.

I'm trying to come back.

I imagine if @suplex was here he'd give you some advice along these lines. https://youtu.be/RvisoI2v6aI I'm still trying to make my year and have never been alcohol free for this long since I was 13. There's no doubt in my mind you'll pick yourself back up.
