Most construction zones are inactive during commuting times. Speed isn't a factor irregardless of what people say. Inattentive driving is always the issue in the majority of "accidents." People are bored when they are driving. It isn't a novelty and roads are not designed to keep drivers engaged. If the driving experience was designed to keep people engaged the frequency of crashes would go down. Oh and women should not be allowed to drive. Period.
