Just wanted to give you an update. Still waiting on some quotes, but it seems like the max would be $800.00 for the stone, with a 4-5 week lead time.

It also depends if we want his flair to be on the stone or not. I can't decided if it would be appropriate, or classless. Let me know what you think.

Regardless, I have written some copy for the stone.

It is pretty short and sweet, just his name, dates of birth and death, and some of his better quotes.

Here is the copy. Keep in mind, it will be center-justified on the stone, so it will probably look better there than here.

May XXth, 19** to May 17th, 2024 "Fuck all Yall" But also, "You are my People. Even if you don't think so"

Obviously I redacted his real name and birthday, so as to avoid doxxing the dead. Also, like I said, it should look significantly better when center-justified. But let me know if you can think of any better quotes of his than the last one. Obviously "Fuck all Yall" has to be included.

Would it be be fucked up if we made is say "Fuck all Ya'll" instead?

I know he hated that apostrophe for some reason. I am not sure if it would be disrespectful to a dead man, or trolling a hick ghost.

Thank you for this. The correct apostrophe is y'all, but it should absolutely be yall on the stone.

What happens to the funds donated in excess of the cost? I would imagine we will exceed $800.

Maybe to his nephew for the care of Dog? I know his mom passed recently, I don't know about his dad and, as far as I can remember, he was more or less estranged from his son. And of course, there is always his sister with whom you communicate. If none of those options are feasible, I would recommend they be donated to Poal for its upkeep. I know he was at one time, or perhaps up until his death, a regular donor and think he would appreciate donations to the site made in his memory. Don't know what any other Poalr's would think of this.

All excess funds will go to her, and Boob's surviving family.

's son, "Wade" is doing alright from my current understanding. He took a uHaul's worth of stuff back with him, and inherited 's property. Wade will most likely be selling the property to his cousin, so it will be staying in the family.

Nobody in 's family is currently hurting for money, as far as I have been told.

So all excess proceeds will go to the surviving members of 's family.

They both still gay, tho.
