Just wanted to give you an update. Still waiting on some quotes, but it seems like the max would be $800.00 for the stone, with a 4-5 week lead time.

It also depends if we want his flair to be on the stone or not. I can't decided if it would be appropriate, or classless. Let me know what you think.

Regardless, I have written some copy for the stone.

It is pretty short and sweet, just his name, dates of birth and death, and some of his better quotes.

Here is the copy. Keep in mind, it will be center-justified on the stone, so it will probably look better there than here.

In Memory of ***** ****** AKA @Suplex May XXth, 19** to May 17th, 2024 "Fuck all Yall" But also, "You are my People. Even if you don't think so"

Obviously I redacted his real name and birthday, so as to avoid doxxing the dead. Also, like I said, it should look significantly better when center-justified. But let me know if you can think of any better quotes of his than the last one. Obviously "Fuck all Yall" has to be included.

Would it be be fucked up if we made is say "Fuck all Ya'll" instead?

I know he hated that apostrophe for some reason. I am not sure if it would be disrespectful to a dead man, or trolling a hick ghost.

Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead: but go thou and preach the kingdom of God. I do not have the intent to be religious because I am not in religion but rather inthralled in the wonderment of the WORDS of God. It is truly a beautiful love story of life and man. To balance a person of being a favorite human is to Thank God and give the creator the glory of your revelation. I say this easily here as a stranger because I just lost my father on May 9th. Life to me in this moment is such a treasure. His gravestone doesn't have to speak. It is only a physical object that is a sitting memory for the ones left behind him. We are spiritual beings experiencing the physical earthly things. Therefore, a gravestone only is representation of that earth etched with a sWORD. God Bless, truly.

How was losing your father?

It seems like you respected him a lot.

If that is true, I am happy for you. I think I will lose my Father soon. But I do not like him at all.

Its something you will feel. Even if you harbor hatred for the man.

I had no feelings at all for my father, I had not spoke to him since I was 13 years old. Found out in Feb, he had died. Fucked me up for a couple months anyhow. I was actually glad, in my reflection, I had let go of my hatred for him long ago.

I wish you the best with it.

Losing my father hurts beyond measure. He was eating at a restaurant and choked on food. No one in the restaurant helped him. He was without oxygen for 20 mins and went into cardiac arrest. My sisters and I fought for his life for a month in the ICU. Yes, I respected and honored my father. He was a hero to me. The relationship between a father and daughter is a special kind of bond. I will pray for your father and keep you in my prayers as well. I don't know the depths of your soul or his, but I hope you can forgive him before he goes into eternity. Only forgive him for the sake of lifting a weight from your soul. You don't need un-forgiveness written in your book of life. God Bless, Brother
