Just wanted to give you an update. Still waiting on some quotes, but it seems like the max would be $800.00 for the stone, with a 4-5 week lead time.

It also depends if we want his flair to be on the stone or not. I can't decided if it would be appropriate, or classless. Let me know what you think.

Regardless, I have written some copy for the stone.

It is pretty short and sweet, just his name, dates of birth and death, and some of his better quotes.

Here is the copy. Keep in mind, it will be center-justified on the stone, so it will probably look better there than here.

In Memory of ***** ****** AKA @Suplex May XXth, 19** to May 17th, 2024 "Fuck all Yall" But also, "You are my People. Even if you don't think so"

Obviously I redacted his real name and birthday, so as to avoid doxxing the dead. Also, like I said, it should look significantly better when center-justified. But let me know if you can think of any better quotes of his than the last one. Obviously "Fuck all Yall" has to be included.

Would it be be fucked up if we made is say "Fuck all Ya'll" instead?

I know he hated that apostrophe for some reason. I am not sure if it would be disrespectful to a dead man, or trolling a hick ghost.

Theo, how do those of us without bitcoin/etc or paypal send $$$? Any interest in a temporary PO box for donations via money orders?

Dude, I honestly don't know yet.

I am trying to balance this between the privacy of donors, and my own privacy.

I don't feel like getting doxxed either, but it seems like most websites want me to give full credentials.

I will let you know very soon, but I don't know the answer yet.

A money order from a gas station could be used. I think the Western Union ones sold at the place near me just require some basic information, you could put the address of the issuing location and scratch something on it if they need more.

That is, assuming you're in the USA. I'd also ask whatever institution you're planning on using to hold money if they'll accept things made out to "bearer" or some other generic term. @Theodore_Kent

It's been many decades since I bought a money order. I was thinking of using my bank or Walmart. All the hispanics seem to use Walmart money orders to send money to Mexico, got to be pretty easy.

Yeah most places that aren’t the post office sell money orders that don’t need much info.

Last time I bought one they were like .89 cents
