They moved in on May 1st. They've mowed their yard twice this month. Huge clumps of dead clippings all over the yard, blown into the street, the sidewalk, my yard. The yard beside their garage is covered with trash; empty kitty litter containers, cardboard boxes, etc. They cut down a tree in their back yard 3 weeks ago; They've just left it laying beside their house, half in my yard, against and on our fence. I can't mow my side yard. They told me they can't find anyone to haul it away. They own a large pickup, but it's more of a show truck, it never actually gets used as a truck. We contacted the city; they stuck a notice on their door giving them 30 days to clean it up. So then... Last weekend, a large rear axel showed up in their front yard. Springs and all. It just... sits there. Yesterday 2 tow trucks showed up and left a junk car and a junk pickup in their yard. The car still has soap writing on the window from the salvage yard. I can't wait to see what this weekend will bring.

The overhanging tree is annoying. Other than that, I wouldn’t care about a neighbour with junk in their yard.

I would rather have a neighbour like that than live in a HOA with one of those neurotic jerks who have too much time on their hands. There are usually by‐laws covering the extreme stuff (like the tree).

Not a fan of hoa bullshit at all. The city has ordinances, but it's really not even that. It's just that the whole neighborhood up and down the street is tidy, neat, whatever the right word is. We don't blow grass clippings into the street, we keep the sidewalk clean, we trim our trees so they don't block the sidewalk, we only put our trash by the curb on trash day, etc. We like our town to look nice. It's just upsetting to see an otherwise nice neighborhood with an eyesore in the middle of it, and neighbors who don't care to at least try a little. I think it is people like them that made HOAs become a thing in the first place.

You need to move where your neighbors are deer, bears, turkeys, dogs, cats, chipmunks, squirrels and birds. There are no niggers where there aren't already niggers.

I lived in a house once where a bear decided to den under the house, there was a maintenance hole to get under the house, it wasnt a real basement. I have had fewer troubles with the bear and her cubs than I have had with niggers.

sounds like pure hell, hope you have a peaceful weekend. Are they niggers? We just had some ghetto ass niggers move in to our neighborhood recently, and its been really annoying. They live across from us, we're the corner house so we get additional neighbors. I really used to like being in the yard working, but now theres a pretty high chance one of those niggers are going to be chimping out about something. The other day it took like two hours to convince their highschool aged daughter to stop screaming like a banshee. Theirs almost always someone screaming over there. The other day a very expensive car rolled up to their house, and there was alot of screaming before that nigger left. Havnt seen so many niggers since I left Atlanta GA.

The other day i was doing work in the front yard and their screen door was closed, so they could see out and I couldnt see in. Later I hear "Hey working lady I can see you!" I tried to wave at the door but didnt hear a reply, there was alot of energy behind that door since the whole family was home, but i think the young boy was just staring at me the whole time. I cant be sure if he was talking to me at this point but it felt like every time I bent over to pull weeds he would say "I SEE YOU POOPING, I SEE YOU." which was at least ten times. I thought he was talking to his sister or something but later his dad came by the front door and told him to cut it out.

I don't think these niggers were involved in the street shooting that happened recently, but since these guys moved in its like the spirit of ghetto followed them. I'm used to hearing fireworks light up at random around the city where we are, but now theres actual shootings in our neck of the woods now. About a week ago 2 people were shot dead for who knows why, and its the path i like to take to the market on foot.

Anyways sorry for oversharing on your thread, Ive been meaning to get that off my chest.

Lol, reminds me of a guy some 15-20 yrs ago that had a blog, My Redneck Neighbor or some such thing. He’d post pics and stories about all the shit they pulled. It was hilarious. One story about the guy’s bbq catching his deck on fire and then the dead grass in his yard was particularly funny. Having some some fun with it like that could be an option?

Go to your neighbor's house and knock on their door.

When the man arrives (if a woman, ask for the owner of the household), tell him that his leaving all his shit everywhere is pissing you and the other neighbors off. Also inform him that he's got crap on your property and that you will press charges if it is not removed within 30 days.

You can't get upset about your neighbor if you don't communicate to him that there's a problem. I doubt confronting him will change anything, but at least you'll be able to complain about him without being a karen.

I've talked to them. My wife has talked with them. Their response was "we can't find anyone to haul it away." Next step is to talk to the city and have them post a notice, then they'll have 30 days. After that I can file another complaint with the city, and that is the complaint I can take them to court over. Not being a karen, just expecting people to have a little respect for their community.
