Stop consuming all food immediately, for as long as you can.
Cancers are just masses of mutated cells that don't know when to stop dividing. Your immune system is usually pretty good at finding these cancerous cells and eating them. But sometimes the cells reproduce too fast, and the immune system can't keep up.
But that doesn't really matter, because none of the cells in your body can reproduce if that don't have the material or energy to do so. When you stop eating, your body will initially deplete the glycogen stored in your liver for fuel. This will take one to three days, and this is the portion of the fast that will suck. Afterwords, you will go into ketosis, and when you do, autophagy drastically ramps up.
Macroautophagy will have macrophages, amoeba-like immune cells we all have, wonder around and gobble up excess cells and unused proteins, and hopefully the cancer cells as well. And not eating will also ensure the cancer doesn't get the fuel it needs to grow.
The tricky part is when to start fasting. You should probably eat and rest after your surgery, until you feel pretty healed, and then start fasting.
But at the very least, stop consuming any carbs immediately. Even milk and yogurt. Any sort of sugar or carbohydrate is cancer fuel.
That being said, it really sucks to hear you have cancer, but you seem like a person well suited to get through it. Don't forget to engage in constant prayer and meditation, and always seek a clearer connection to the almighty.
I hope your surgery goes well, and if you die I hope that goes well too.
You are a rare sort of person, and I know that I, and many others, appreciate your kind heart, which is pleasantly juxtaposed by your sincere antisemitism.

This.... I've been doing exactly. Thank you.
7×12mg of Ivermectin daily.
Turkey tail mushrooms (hard to find the actual mushrooms, but health food stores usually carry it in pill form).
This is excellent advice, I’d add taking ivermectin. Horse paste formula will work, but is is now easy to get an internet prescription for pills.
