One guy made a mistake. Not a huge one, but it could've turned into a problem if it hadn't been caught. Otherwise, he was a reliable performer who was certainly making a lot of money for the company.
The other guy was fired because he was the only guy in his department, and they realized that under current circumstances, his department could never be profitable due to conditions outside of his control. So they just completely eliminated his position and department.
Last week the guy got fired for being a retarded nigger. They never should've hired him in the first place.
But they never seem to get around to firing me. Not that I want to be fired, but I kind of wouldn't mind it.

I found a new job 3 days later and had about 5 more offers following week. My skills are sought after in the industry so work is never short, but owner and upper management were away and running of the company was left to HR retard who had no idea how important my position was. He thought he will get brownie points for getting rid of an evil Croatian racist and now they can't fill my position and client is mad that I'm no longer there since they liked me. Fucking idiots and their woke crap.
Funny thing is that HR asshole was calling other people that worked with me and asking how angry I was and saying that after hearing all the stories about me he is worried I will come after him. Good to know my reputation is intact.

Do you know if your company just past its fiscal year end? If so, the owners could ve cutting costs in order to make the sale of the company more appealing to a buyer who maybe doesn't know enough to ask about the people making money for the company.
I doubt this company will be sold.
It is small, family owned by chinks, I think they would pass it down to the Eldest Chink Son (ECS) before selling it.
If there are things wrong in the company, that require a buttload of capital to fix, chinks will be the first to sell, move somewhere else and start the next thing.
