It mostly revolves around the telephone so I'm gonna jump to the conclusion that the human caterpillar state we're currently in is starting to wake up to the interconnections we will soon have with electronics and "The Cloud" and thus some sort of weird ethereal connection bounds us through love and hyperspace but I don't actually know what I'm talking about.

So it's happened more times than I can put down to mere coincidence but as I'm texting she'll pick up her phone and start texting me. We can have a whole day of nothing and then at the exact same time we both pick up the phone. Only know this because WhatsApp tells you "typing..." when the other person is.

Other times she'll pop into my head randomly out of the blue and then a second or two later I'll get a call or a message from her. She says the same thing happens to her.

Two weeks ago she had her phone stolen out of her hand on the street and when she told me about it I pinpointed pretty much the exact time it happened because I can clearly remember that at that moment I felt a sudden dread like someone lightly punched me in the chest.

These are pretty early days of dating so much of this weirdness is infantile without being too out of this world but there's definitely something going on and it doesn't make much sense to me so I reconcile with it through my firm belief that things aren't really what they seem and the world and this life is for sure a lot stranger than we know it to be. I'm not afraid or really a stranger to weird ethereal shit but what bothers me is how much I don't hear about it from other people or anywhere other than fantasy/fiction.

It's always painted as something that isn't real but, I mean, it is, isn't it, if I am experiencing it?

You may want to look into the writings of William Walker Atkinson. He wrote extensively on this subject over 100 years ago.

Thanks for the tip! I'll definitely have a look.

Welcome, it’s a fun world. I have had this for many years with my partner and my best friend,so many stories, even on opposite sides of the planet. Just enjoy, trust your first thoughts, don’t second guess and overthink.

The connecting consciousness. It is a real thing, that without words or actions, people connect. It is usually dismissed as huju wuju, but as the encounters you have described, "sometimes I wave a person not looking at me, and then they turn around. When asked why, they say I don't know. But somehow knew that there was something or someone calling them."

I strongly believe that mind to mind communication is possible, but it is highly controversial and only few in the world can master this ability.

I don't believe it is something that can be controlled, it can only be experienced, and even this is only possible in rare cases.

Maybe master was the wrong term. But I'd say it has more to do with transferring emotions rather than thoughts per se.
