Merry Christmas Eve!
I will be baking two hams and roasting two chickens this morning before transporting them to cousin’s house for dinner. After which, I will come home and start prepping tomorrow’s meal of prime rib roast with a red wine reduction, melting potatoes, French green beans with shallots, and a French apple cake. Busy, busy, busy. There will be time to rest when we are dead. Enjoy the busy! God bless you and everyone of Poal.

I'm sad right now, missing my dad that I lost 14 years ago today, but I'll snap out of it after some more good memories. Then I'll be making baked fish in butter sauce with seasoned bread crumb topping. Tomorrow it's filet mignon, I eschewed the whole tenderloin this year as there's not much family left.
