I know now oil pulling is becoming a big thing. I have been doing it over a year now. Along with that I have been using boka toothpaste. My teeth have never been cleaner. Now before I even bought a set of dental tools to scrape my own plague off. Yeah its difficult to do but I no longer need them. I credit the boka toothpaste for removing plague and stuff, oil pulling for gums. I have used straight up coconut oil for pulling. Now I use some stuff thats I guess purified coconut oil, it doesnt get solid so way easier. The only time I foresee a dental visit is when a previous filling falls out.
