Time to put Jesus everywhere all the time for any occasion. If they try to stop you you've got a slam dunk winning lawsuit.
Title VII / Section 12 rulings pretty universal that employers can say basically "no public religious displays" at workplace or they can say "any and all religious displays giving equal accommodation" but no favoritism. Even if you're not Catholic I recommend you start putting up displays for every single saint's day. There's a lot of them.
