Today, I received an order from Home Depot. It arrived IN THE SAME BOX as a separate item ordered from Amazon, with a different purchaser's name. WTF? Not just on the same delivery truck, together IN THE SAME BOX, with an Amazon logo on it. Has this happened to any of you? What does this mean?

Same distribution center or something like that. I order online only when forced to, stores are half stocked now days because they want people to stay home: auto-lockdown, auto-censor and auto-surveill...
