Take every opportunity to educate her on the reasons why isreal is not our greatest ally
Nah, she's a lost cause who thinks she's right about everything. I said what I did to vent and piss her off at the same time.

Gen x had a constant barrage of brainwashing in school about how the jews were needlessly prosecuted for no reason at all. It's hard to get past that early life trauma.
Technically England is our greatest ally. The shared language and culture is at the base. Even during the Revolutionary War through 1812 when the British finally acknowledged U.S. independence trade was still flowing across the Atlantic Ocean.
I often wonder who actually wins wars. For example, supposedly Germany lost the war, yet Germans seem to be behind a lot of secret programs, it seems. It really appears that a deal was struck between a group of Germans and the US. Technically, Germany lost the war, but did it?
The socialists lost the Second World War. The National Socialist German Workers' Party (German: Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei) was originally a very small organization. They only gained the mass following by requiring membership to gain or retain what they referred to as 'jobs important to national security.' Because the list was repeatedly expanded people who wanted to work for a living found themselves unceremoniously inducted.
Y'know, I've considered this as well. I call them our cousins (and I have heritage in the UK).
WTF does unironically actually mean? And why do so many young people use it all the time?
I use it to say someone actually believes/says something so stupid, and yet there isn't a trace of irony/memeing. And I don't intend to change anytime soon :)
