I just noticed that my bottle of head and shoulders says "up to 100% flake free*". Might as well say, hey maybe this will work! And don't get me started on toilet paper math. 18 rolls does not equal 72 rolls, it equals 18 rolls. Fuck off. Also on that subject; stop making one ply, nobody is playing butthole roulette.

Fair enough. I tried the "one soap for all" thing, turns out my scalp didn't like it. I'm blessed with perfect skin, ha ha, perfect being nothing of the sort.

Right there with ya, my skin was pretty bad for a while. Then I adopted more of a Phil Collins approach, I don't care anymoh oh oh. Maybe I was over cleaning myself, things kinda evened out.

They do say your skin has its own biome like your gut that keeps it healthy and that showering daily with soap will strip that biome off and that can cause problems. Same with scalp and hair. Unless just filthy dirty, a good rinse in the shower is said to be better for skin and hair.

Read’n the ingredients the label on some “all natural fig newtons” the other day was “natural flavors and other natural flavors”. Pretty sure that means a chemical shit storm.

Some chemicals are good, even if they have a confusing name. That being said natural flavors is such a catch all, I avoid those products... my favorite is castoreum... tastes like vanilla, secreted from the castor glands around a beaver's anus. Natural vanilla flavor.
