I have a choice of either going to bed early (right) and catching up on sleep ( I get up at 3.45 weekdays ) or taking advantage of a few nights I can stay up. Its a fucking lose lose situation and every weekend is the same. Monday sucks.

Unfortunately I have no retirement, I reckon I will work every day till i die.

I supersize with you. I will work until the day I die.

I'm of two minds on that subject, largely because I'm in a similar boat my friend. I've seen a lot of men, who retire, die within a few years of leaving the work force, because without that sense of direction and purpose they seem to lose a will to live also. But, at the same time, I would like to experience living without the feeling of NEED to work. Just exist and enjoy. Write more like I did in my teens. Garden. Fish. Just...be.

Guess that's why I've had more and more dark thoughts the older I get. Sadly, I can't go down the chemical or liquid solution base like so many do.

You can have a sense of direction and purpose without being a slave to someone else's whims. That's what those fail to realise.

Guess all I can say is I envy people, yourself included I supposed, who are able to come to that realization and live that reality.

Unless you hate your job, that is Not an issue. LIFE is Living and working ($$$$) makes That possible.

Yeah I no longer make enough $. Just enough to get by. As jobs go , well fuck I dont know. Its kinda ok . I mean I dont have to see or talk to anybody.

I'm in the same boat. I'm also not healthy so who knows how much longer I have anyway. It sucks.
