Many more people posted many other things. You are sorting by "Hot". AOU just happens to have posted good things that all made it onto Hot.

People viewing by Hot means things that are already on Hot will get more upvotes and get "hotter" than if they sorted by New.

Try sorting by New and upvote good things posted by other people so their posts get into Hot if you would like Hot to not be comprised of posts made by a single person.
