So, my sister is my “half-sister.” I never think of it that way, but we have different mothers via my dad’s second wife. Genetically, she’s White Beauty (Nordic and German). She is, without a doubt, the highest achieving among my siblings and myself. She’s married and wholesome. Now in her early 30’s, apparently she has no interest in making children. Her mother is a liberal retard who my dad has wondered why he ever married her. But she loves children and made 4. Two of them are my “half” siblings whom I love so much. I thought my liberal formal step-mother could be a negative influence on my sister for not wanting children, but that really doesn’t add up. I don’t want to see my sister childless when she hits 40, but I don’t know what I could say to her about this situation. In a non-pressuring way, I’ll sometimes bring up she and my brother-in-law need to make some beautiful, White babies. They are totally set financially. What is missing are children. She’s not “obsessed” with her career or anything, and I guess I just don’t get it. Have any of you experienced a similar situation?
