in my area city bus drivers make 50k and up because its a union job, and school bus drivers are 36k and up for 4 to 5 hours of work. no need to tip

I havent see a fucking cashier in years at the supermarket but yes, when i would go through and have 300 bucks worth of my monthly grocery trip i'd throw them a 5 spot for all the bullshit.
I don't like hidden fees
A service for a price and that's the price to pay, I don't like the implied idea that I'll get a shit service because I didn't tip
