False, seeing as I have been a waiter, bartender and other positions that people generally tip, thinking that tipping is fake and gay my only assumption is your a fucking nigger or a Kike or fuck even both.
First off, if the restaurants and bars paid the servers the food prices would skyrocket and the middle class wouldnt be going out to eat as often as they would. Secondly, as someone who worked closely with a few owners of a restaurant/bar I know how minimal the profit margin was for his buisniess and if he would have had to pay his servers 7.50 an hour he would have had to fire about 1/3 of the staff. If you want to compare the US to other countries that pay a higher wage you'll notice how much its cost to eat at said restaurant. I've been to Canada and i've seen those prices to eat out at a normal dinner without tip, tipping isnt a custom up north in the land of politeness.

Change on the end of a dollar is not a tip. Anyway, white people tipped 90% of the time. Nig nogs tipped 50% of the time. The negro population in the area is most likely above average and not hood niggers. So that tip rate is probably higher than what is normal. I use to deliver for Papa Johns in a college town, the tips were horrible but when you got 1.14 per pizza order you dropped off and dropped off 10 orders at a time to the dorms it really didnt matter that much. The house deliveries i made were decent tips unless it was to the hood and then id make them come out to my car and get the pizzas through the window. Fuckers never tipped.

When you make multiple deliveries, you do better. The company I work for loves to send singles. It's so obsessed with singles they try to push for them even when it's unreasonable. One time we were short on drivers, and the higher ups got on the store manager about singles. So she decided against reason and logic we're going to do singles for the rest of the night. A driver called her up and said he was going to quit if we're doing singles.
I understand how great it would be if you hired enough people and scheduled enough people and they all showed up on time and business was as anticipated. When you've got 10 deliveries and 2 drivers, there ain't nothing good about singles. Then there was this sheboon that couldn't understand an on the way delivery is just as good as two deliveries next to each other. A stop and drop at the beginning of a highway someone has to go way down to get to delivery number 2 is actually an excellent combination. The locations are far apart, but there's almost no extra driving involved. The store manager doesn't seem to comprehend waiting 5 minutes to prevent someone from having to go 15 minutes away twice is definitely worth doing. It hurts the first delivery, but not having to go to that area again (assuming another delivery doesn't pop up there) is a huge gain in time saved. If dinner time is just picking up, I wouldn't assume there won't be another one in that area.

in my area city bus drivers make 50k and up because its a union job, and school bus drivers are 36k and up for 4 to 5 hours of work. no need to tip

Only when and if it is deserved. That system is long gone. Now days tips are expected regardless of performance. Asking for and or expecting a tip is a nigger move. You want a tip? Get a better paying job or put more effort into the one you have and earn a tip.
