You and your talk about laws. LOL. Let me 'esplain' something here. Laws don't apply anymore. Your grandfather may have had laws, today, laws are only there to protect the oligarchs. You may counter that there's a constitution and a justice system, but consider the first and second amendments are being torn down. We don't even have a legal president. We have a thief or criminal in office. How is that legal? Our 'justice' system has been modernized using corrupt/criminal judges.

It looks like this deals with reparations to slave owners. It says nothing about compensating slaves.

While it may be payed by the tax payer, it's the government paying. The government would never be so audacious to just take individual people's money in a way other than (((taxes))). How would that even work? Nobody would pay a dime to that, even if the law says they were required to.
