I travel for work, about 10 weeks a year staying in hotels. My employer reimbuses my expenses, provided I have a receipt. Without a receipt, they will only give $500 max per week. I have never been able to get a receipt from a Holiday Inn without screaming at someone on the phone who speaks Hindi as a primary language. They've changed my email address multiple times (thinking that's the problem,) also the spelling of my first name, the spelling of my last name, my phone number. My last stay was in Cleveland during a convention. Cost me just under $800 because they jack up their rates when they know there's a large crowd coming. A week later, and no receipt. 2 calls to the hotel, and 3 calls to IHG. The sheboon at the hotel barely speaks English, so most likely can't figure out email. Called IHG twice, was told they'd send my receipt. Never happened. Second call, I got a case number to use if I have to call back after 48 hours. 48 hours later, no receipt. Called IHG again. "We can't help you with a receipt. You have to call the hotel." "I did call the hotel. They can't figure it out, so I called you guys. Then you called the hotel. They still can't figure it out. What other solutions do you have?" "We can't get a receipt, only the hotel can do that." "Then why do I have a case number? What's that for?" "We use that to log calls that we receive. But you have to call the hotel for a receipt." "Oh.. They why did the first guy tell me to call back?" "Sir, there is nothing we can do to help you."

Fuck those guys.

We stayed there before. I think I know which sheboon you're talking about. She stood there talking to her boyfriend who worked there with the dreadlocks, ignoring customers, walking off with him. When I tried to get her attention she called me a bitch to my husband who went to talk to her after. We have our biases but we were nothing but polite to them. They were rude for no reason. Maybe one reason. Because they're dumb niggers.

Contact the BBB and do a review on Google, be relentless till they lose money. It is what i call rule #1. NO ONE cares about service because they get away with it. This is The direct result of liberal/communism destroying Capitalism. Without the threat of being fired for Not doing their job this is the future of everything. For my part, i will put HI on my list of avoid at all cost.

We've done a lot of traveling the last 6 months and now only stay at a Hilton. Never book a room through a third party that is courting disaster. We learned that the hard way. Pageets and niggers don't understand the King's English and never will.

As a travel agent, I commend you for booking direct for US stays. All those online travel agencies are owned by 2 companies, call center reps have zero idea what they're talking about and they rip the hotel off taking 35-55% of what you pay for your stay. Travel agent or direct only anywhere else in the world.

On that same trip to Cleveland we saw a tall white lady doing loss prevention at Walmart who grabbed a male nigger and smacked him while laughing bc he'd shoplifted. He tried to run off. Not on her watch. That was the happiest employee I'd ever seen.

hotels call it a "folio" but I've never had issues, from econo lodges up to hiltons, with getting a folio at check-out... even with niggers and pajeets at the front desk so shrug

There was nobody at the kiosk they use as a check-in desk when we were leaving, but they did have a box with a sign that said "leave key cards here when you leave."

The lady at the breakfast area said "She should be there" but after 10 minutes waiting, we left.

If they can't come up with a receipt dispute the charge.

You either get the receipt to get reimbursed or they can't produce it and they take the charge off the card. Either way you get made whole and the problem is back on the clowns that hired the sheboon.

Give them a chargeback. Since they cant give you a receipt that proves that you stayed there then clearly the charge is fraud.

I travelled quite a bit for work years ago. When I checked out, I always went to the main desk to drop off the keys/access card, sign off on the final bill and get a copy for my records. I usually had my completed expense report submitted to corporate within 2 days of returning to the office.

I stay at IGH about 3mo a year and if you ask at checkout, they will give you a receipt right then.

It was a race to get the expense report in quickly, the check would arrive about 2 weeks later ... just in time for the credit card bill to arrive in the mail. The 28+ day business trips to Singapore were particularly expensive. I used to stay at the Hyatt Regency on Orchard Street, not cheap. The room alone was around $12K and that was +/-30 years ago.

I dont know about high end hotels but I do know about racing to get the expense report in.

I put around 100 days in last year; all but 2 or 3 stays in a Marriott..,,mostly Westin. Better beds, saner rooms, better service.

I’m with you - fuck IGH. But why do you keep going back? Just go to Marriott and call it good. Or better yet, go to Hyatt..,,if you can find it.

BBB is the way to go. Corporate will contact you at that point. I’ve literally had products replaced using this method when initially they refused.

My employer, and many of our customers, give us 'special' rates when we stay at IHG. I guess the 'specil' is that they don't have to reimburse us the full amount for hotel stays!
