That gun is not subject to pistol brace new rule. See that long black thing sticking out the front? That is called the barrel. See it looks pretty long right? I bet it's exactly 16 inches. That means it's not a short barrel rifle. Why you ask? Because the barrel is long.

Additionally, if this gun were affected by the pistol brace rule, it would no longer be advertised with the brace attached on keltec website.

Quote me where I said it was, because I didn't. To normies however this is a "pistol" in the general sense, though it's not as it's heavily modified but of the same round of a pistol. Which is why the submission text explaining how this will, in my eyes, be used to push for (((gun control))).

(((they))) didn't use an AR15 specifically to avoid it because it became obvious as fuck when shooting after shooting after shooting psyop had the exact same AR15 loadout as the next and prior.

if the ATF cant do their bidding by mandate, then theyll try the legislative approach. lots of states and many attempted Congressional bills specifically mention folding weapons

The KelTec Sub2K is a pistol caliber carbine. I own one. It's a great gun. My point was that ((( they ))) want to make every gun scary and evil so normies are more comfortable with the idea of confiscation.

Right but IMO this is in reaction to the pistol brace rule being BTFO because they'll conflate this as a pistol to normies. Just like they did with a standard hunting rifle being muh assault rifle / weapon of war etc.
