And just to make things even more exciting, this morning at work I set fire to a $250k machine tool we were prepping for delivery to a customer.

Dude! What are you doing here on Poal?! Shouldn't you be in surgery getting that aneurysm fixed? This can't be something that they just let you go home without dealing with.

Sorry for your shitty diagnoses and burning up the expensive machine. Hopefully your wife gets a clear on the cancer screening. Prayers to you both.

42mm is under their "mandatory surgery" threshold of 50mm, and yes I've had a second opinion from a different hospital network. Both doctors are in the "keep an eye on it" phase; I go back to the first cardiologist in about 3 weeks for next steps.
