All lives matter to God. That's why the Declaration of Independence says "All men are created equal." We are of equal worth in the sight of God. Not that we are of equal capability, or all the same. If all human lives matter to God, they should matter to us. But having said that, some men develop what is known as a "reprobate mind," and when this happens, God regretfully turns his back upon them and leaves them to their fate. They are lost souls.
