If you have a family member who passed as one of these heroes, take a few moments and honor them. Then pay tribute to all who gave their lives for us. They live on through our memories. Remember even those you may have not personally known.

This is true, to include all those who worked in the factories, docks, etc, etc. All are heroes.

Well, "Rosie the Riveter" got plenty of PR exposure. Not so much for pvt. Joe Shmo who shuffled papers and fetched coffee. No glory in that task, but vital none the less.
