Not so hard. Built a 3 sided and roofed structure in 2 days, roughly 4x7 internal, with a 6x9 roof. Used a chainsaw, big hammer, roll of twine and 2 pieces of metal roof. You can Roman kick the shit out of it with no damage. My samples that got daub as well are so tough they might as well be concrete. A bit of lime in the mix and it’s waterproof. Honestly, I’m going to build a house out of it, for nearly free, might take 3-5 months.
