Hey everyone, We found out my wife has thyroid cancer. She is supposed to have surgery to remove the thyroid then after do radioactive iodine therapy. Anyone have family experience with this? Anything you recommend or anything to avoid? It's ironic that we have been trying to avoid all things with regard to modern medicine but now that this has happened, we are crawling back asking them for help. Stupid world... Also a little concerned about the rare possibility she will need to receive blood during the surgery and wanting to avoid her receiving tainted vaxxed blood.. A lot going on right now so we're still trying to take it all in.

Glad to help man. Just an fyi even Stage 3 Thyroid Papillary Carcinoma still has some of the highest survival rates. Well over 90% IIRC.

To answer your question, they will probably give her levo-thyroxine afterwards to normalize her T3/T4, reverse T3 levels then taper down after a couple months depending on blood work results.

Another fyi, don't let those dispensaries rip you off on RSO. I have seen ridiculous prices. It can also be made quite easily with dried cannabis flower. Use high strength indica, and if you do, make it outside since it requires boiling off the 99% isopropyl alcohol into a dark thick gooey paste.
