Almost a completely clear day but the edge of one cloud has a rainbow on it.

I have impressed upon him my teachings, relentlessly. They have sunk deep into his soul. I don't let a little thing like "no" get in the way of the truth.

rainbows mean water vapor. Clouds are vapor seeded to something inside to create the cloud's nucleus. But vapor is always present. The rest is simply angle of incidence of light to the vapor and your eye.

It's called a sundog. It used to ba a rarity, but I see them several times a year now, always after heavy spraying.

I'd venture to guess it has to do with the earths weakening magnetic field. Different colored aurora borealis are being seen now, that have never been recorded before. New types of lightning discovered in the past couple years. All due to weakening field and the north and south magnetic poles flipping.

This is just a guess based on what little I know about the world. If you're curious, look into the pole shift, and check out SuspiciousObservers.

My wife and I were talking a while back about rainbows. We both remember when we were children we saw a lot of rainbows. They were almost all just single rainbows. But Now all we see are double rainbows! As children getting to see a double rainbow was so very rare! I only remember seeing 3 or 4 all the way up until I was around 25/26 years old. Then we saw more and more of them until the last, say, 5 years when that is All we see! Every rainbow I've seen over the past 5 years has been a double rainbow!
