Yep this is how it works. The White man on the team does the work to carry a half a dozen to a dozen shitskins who don't do anything except show up and collect a paycheck. Sometimes it can be even more shitskin leeches per White man.

Do they? Qualcomm is a "Diverse" company, meaning they're only hiring spics, niggers, and pajeets. None of them know shit, and they're only there because they can read the output of a computer that did the layout work.

I get your overall point but....

  1. Never tell yourself you aren't good enough/qualified. If someone is willing to pay you to do something they feel otherwise. Unless you've been deceitful arguing only devalues yourself.

    i.e. I've been given the opportunity to change careers when I "wasn't qualified" because I had what they needed. I only said "I've never done X,Y, and Z". They said we don't care we have 10 floors of X,Y, and Z we need A,B, and C.

This job is in San Diego California. There's no way in hell I'm going to California, and Qualcomm isn't paying the 3x my current salary that the COLA requires. This is something I've never done, something i have no interest in doing, and it's from an idiot who very clearly didn't see the "Not interested in positions in California" on my profile. The Indian literally has NO idea what any of the words in the job description or on my profile means, he's just puking up emails to people because a computer matched a keyword. Qualcomm isn't interested in middle-age white men anyway, they wouldn't hire me even if I was the next coming of Shockley.

Seeing as how I'm never going to work for this company, and the idiot that sent me this is one of quite literally millions who work for a "Top Rated Staffing Firm" because they're useless for any kind of real work (and probably will be at some other Indian recruiter a month from now,) there's no possible way I could give any less fucks about saying what I did, because I already gave zero.

Don't automatically assume that everyone can do everything. I know how far I can push my limits, and I do all the time. This is just something I don't even give a fuck about.

Throttle down there turbo, I can't help but feel like you missed the very first thing I wrote seeing as how you restated your entire grievance. Perhaps you think I didn't understand or missed your point, neither would be correct.

My point was simply to treat you like a White man and provide some positive feedback about how you shouldn't devalue yourself preemptively. (Not even saying you were just a quality of life, build up your brother comment)

In retrospect I can see you are dripping with positivity and don't need any help from me.

You are somewhat correct in this case, but for the wrong reason. I'm not willing to try this because, while I don't have anything to offer in this area is true, I'm not even willing to consider for multiple reasons. It's in one of the highest cost of living areas in the country, in one of the nuttiest states, for a company that immediately throws diversity in your face. Moving to an area like this to take a job you know nothing about would be a great attempt at suicide, assuming the company even pays you enough to live there or is even going to consider someone who isn't a transsexual blue-shirt nigger indian spic.

And there it is. This could be "woke light" vs full blown wokeism. Woke light being enough to barely satisfy Govt programs with their woke agenda but not so much as to destroy QualComm's internal talent pool. IDK. Sad to see wokeism in the semiconductor biz.

Working with others of various nationalities was pretty cool from my past experience. I found it fun to learn more about different cultures and especially their cuisines. Virtually all of the engineering people I worked with I found were very bright and usually interesting. If corporations are practicing racism within the company, ie the competent carrying the weight of the incompetent without any additional compensation, to "tolerate" incompetence, bending a knee ... I'd keep on wal!king.

Eventually this shit always bites them in the ass and they end up relegating the divershitty hiring to HR and other useless eater positions and leave the actual work to the people with an IQ above room temperature, but they can seriously fuck up the company for years before that happens.

Sometimes, employers do that with shit-tier to mid-tier recruiters. Real, top-tier recruiters never do that, because they have their own name recognition to maintain.

I think I've had maybe 2 Indian contacts that were useful - out of thousands. And when I say useful, they seemed to have a minor understanding of why they were calling me.
