how have they? I understand the shielding necessary... no modern electronics have this outside military use that i've seen generally. I have stumbled across the odd prepper here and there who understood the risk and took steps and perhaps I should be ashamed I haven't. Having a gun seems infinitely more important to me then having the last internet or transportation access others will target me for. If you maintain either transport or internet access after an emp guard that secret w/ your life as your neighbors will kill you for it.
