To be fair, the White woman who did my neighborhood for years retired and the route was taken over by a young black man. He has been friendly and efficient in this all White neighborhood. He lives with his mother and is the church-going type.

I wrote a post about why you shouldn't hire niggers. We must all be aware of the nigger effect that happens when niggers are around a bunch of their own kind. They stop working and start acting like fucking monkeys. You should also avoid renting to niggers, even ones that seem alright by plenty of indicators. They've got a cousin or a brother or a friend that is a total nigger. You also might not know what they act like when a bunch of niggers are around. Some of them have this "I'm around white people" act going. They contain themselves and such.
The genuinely unfortunate part is that if you plan on growing your business to any kind of size that warrants absentee-ownerism, you must have at least a couple niggers working for you if you want to avoid a confrontation with the eeoc.
I’m all for standing up for principles but when an organization has the authority to wipe your corporation off the face of the planet, it doesn’t do any good to break the rules that remove 100% of your ability to stand up to anything else

There should definitely be a fitness test for mail carriers. If you can't walk at a decent pace and climb stairs, there is too much incentive to sit in the vehicle and throw packages rather than delivering them.
