If you are operating a vehicle with a driver's license, you signed a contract to obey the rules of the state. Is it wrong to drive drunk? I'd argue at most irresponsible. But if you sign a contract agreeing to follow certain rules, then you gave the court every right to bend you over and fuck you dry if you break your contract. Simple as.
I am pretty sure drivers licenses are unconstitutional
It's constitutional to require a business to have a permit to conduct business on tax paid public space. One could argue they aren't operating their vehicle for financial gain but rather in the pursuit of life liberty and happiness. It's all berginomics.
It was never meant to be this way
