Well there are the issues you raise, but there's also the fact that he's sending these buses to democrat controlled areas; the same areas that want to allow illegals to vote. It looks to me like you're right, he's just a tool doing what his masters want him to do while looking like a hero to the average uninformed idiot who doesn't think both parties aren't working together for the average man's demise.
