There was a chicken hatchery in the county I lived in. The workers had to shower before and after work. The bosses had peepholes in the shower walls so they could watch the women workers naked. The bosses usually hired women that wouldn't mind being watched. The woman that told me about it was a biker chick. Huge knockers! She knew they were watching so she would put on a show for them, lol. She didn't care. They messed up and hired a woman who Looked and dressed like a whore, but she got all bent out of shape about it when she found out. She sued and won something like $300,000. Most of the other women refused to go to court with her. They knew that they wouldn't get much, if anything, so they wanted to keep their jobs.
